The Maple Leaf Squirts came up huge in a thrilling championship game in Valencia over the Memorial Day weekend, wining 4-3 in a shootout victory over the Vacaville Jets. The team went undefeated throughout the entire tournament, going 4-0 and +7 on a potent offense and strong goaltending performance by Thomas Amador.
