2015-2017 Executive Board Member Elections

The terms of three current Executive Board members of the Pasadena Maple Leafs Hockey Club will end on April 30, 2015. These individuals commit their time, energy, and ideas to the club and are responsible for the operations as well as the direction of PML. We invite anyone interested to participate in the Executive Board selection process of 2015. The positions run for a two-year term (May 1, 2015 to April 30, 2017).

To apply, please fill out a Self-Nomination Form and return it by April 20, 2015, by postal mail or e-mail as noted in the Nomination Letter (download below). All candidates for the executive board will be chosen to appear on the ballot in this year's member election to be held at our Awards Picnic on April 26, 2015. To serve on the Executive Board, candidates must have been a member of PML for two full years and must be in good standing with the club.

The PML Board is the primary source of implementing member opinion and preference for management of this youth ice hockey organization. Pee Wee A Squad Captures OC Holiday Tourney

Your Pee Wee A squad posted a perfect 3-0 record in group play on the way to the elimination round of the third annual Thanksgiving Hockey Festival of Orange County. The boys in blue-and-white then handled the Desert Blaze in the semi-final and OCHC (Beaty) in the final, by identical 3-2 scores. Goaltender James Roberts was named a very deserving tournament MVP. Congratulations to all the champion Leafs Pee Wee A players and coaches!

Elsewhere... Your Bantam squad also played in the OC tournament, and competed well in all their games, including against a pair of tier teams, but came away winless. The Pee Wee B team didn't fare much better at the Simi Valley Turkey Carver Classic, although they did bring home a banner for winning the team shootout competition! At Toyota Sports Center, the Squirt B squad went 1-2-1, finishing 6th overall.

Win, lose or draw, Leafs coaches were unanimous in praising their players' effort and determination throughout their respective tournaments. Well done, Leafs!
