The Pasadena Maple Leafs Hockey Club (PML) was established in 1964 and exists to create character, courage and citizenship through a youth ice hockey program and family friendly atmosphere. We endeavor to have our players master the skills of the game by acquiring the right physical, mental and social skills.

Back to Hockey Day is September 13th

This year it's not just another night at the rink. Yup, we're going whole hog for 2014: Tacos supreme and fresh air, next Saturday from 2-5 pm at beautiful Garfield Park in South Pasadena. Need more incentive? How about home-baked cookies courtesy of baker extraordinaire Shae Jordan. Yeah, you heard us right.

So...great company, awesome ambiance, fantabulous tacos and cookies to die for. What's all that worth to you?

Well, don't worry about it because it's FREE!

Squirt B Wins Labor Day Tournament

Congratulations to our Squirt B team for winning the El Segundo Tinseltown Labor Day tournament!

Coaches' Time

With the 2014/15 season in clear view, your Club and coaches will be giving you every opportunity to get your game in high gear. That starts with Coaches Time every Monday from 6-7 pm, beginning this week (September 8).

Unlike with other area clubs, there is NO ice fee for coaches time...just the fee for the coach of your choice. Most PML coaches will be participating. And if you want go uber-low budget, Ryan Farias will have a half sheet to put you through your paces for free. Ain't we swell?

NOTE: The Monday free clinic is for players Squirt and older.

50th Anniversary Gala and Alumni Game

Current members, alumni, coaches and kids came together on July 18th to celebrate our 50th anniversary at the Pasadena Sheraton, and had the pleasure of hearing Daryl Evans (LA Kings legend) and a host of other distinguished guests recount stories about hockey in SoCal, and the history of the Maple Leafs organization. A mere 16 or so hours later, kids and old men alike laced them up to celebrate the anniversary the most fitting way - on the ice! Were you there and wished you'd taken more pictures? Did you miss it, but don't want to totally miss out? Well, you're in luck! Our friend Mike Palmer from Just Picture That photography was on-hand to memorialize every moment, and now you can view/buy his photos online!

Just go to:

and use the password "mapleleafs" to unlock the gallery.

You can purchase photos directly from the site, and 20% of all sales goes directly back to the Gala fundraising fund!

Thanks to everyone who helped make this such a moving, poignant, and unbelievably FUN celebration of 50 incredible years of providing an unparalleled youth hockey experience to our community.
